Netflix’s ‘The Royals’ has an ensemble cast of your dreams

Ishaan Khatter, Bhumi Pednekar, Zeenat Aman and Sakshi Tanwar are coming together for this royal romance

Netflix’s latest is an opulent modern take on an aristocratic romance. The production house recently unveiled a cast announcement teaser for The Royals, as it is aptly named. Netflix has managed a huge coup with the all-star ensemble cast, which comprises Ishaan Khatter, Bhumi Pednekar, Zeenat Aman, Nora Fatehi, Sakshi Tanwar, Milind Soman, Chunky Pandey, Sumukhi Suresh, Luke Kenny and Lisa Mishra, among others. The clip also gives us a glimpse of the elaborate sets and costumes, featuring forts and palaces suggesting the involvement of royal heritage, a horse racing sequence and lavish sports cars. Produced by Pritish Nandy, and directed by Priyanka Ghose and Nupur Asthana, we can’t wait to see this visually delightful series in all its splendour.
