‘Kakababur Protyaborton’ trailer

Kakababu and Santu are back with another adventure

The Kakababu franchise is returning to the big screen with its third instalment. Kakababur Protyaborton will follow Kakababu and Santu's adventures in the jungles of Nairobi. 

Directed by Srijit Mukherji, the film is based on Sunil Gangopadhyay’s novel Jongoler Moddhye Ek Hotel. Prosenjit Chatterjee reprises his role as the adventurer-sleuth Raja Roy Chowdhury, popularly known as Kakababu, and Aryann Bhowmick returns as his nephew and companion Santu.

The third film in the series will see Kakababu and Santu investigate the mystery of missing tourists from a hotel in the middle of the Maasai Mara game reserve. There’s plenty of action, intrigue and drama and a breathtaking look at African wildlife. Srijit Mukherji himself makes a cameo in the film! Kakababur Protyaborton releases in February next year.
