Hawkeye is back! Clint Barton finds a new ally in Kate Bishop

So what if Hawkeye is not even his children’s favourite Avenger and he has to take them to watch ‘Rogers: The Musical’? From the Hawkeye trailer on Disney+Hotstar, Kate Bishop seems quite the Barton-ite! Possibly the final swansong from the bow-and-arrow wielding Avenger, the trailer for the upcoming Hawkeye series seems to be a whole lot of fun. The limited series seems to be set in a world after the Blip, where Clint Barton has (finally) hung up his bow and arrow, and is prepared for some good ol’ family time. Until his past catches up with him.

In addition to addressing Barton’s time as violent vigilante Ronin, the trailer also teases his interesting team up with super-archer Kate Bishop, and establishes the ticking-clock to Christmas, which our dear Hawkeye wants to spend with his family. Said to be based on the acclaimed 2012 comic series of the hero by Matt Fraction and David Aja, we can’t wait to see how the story unfolds.
