‘Chhorii’ teaser promises a spine-chilling experience

This one might tick all the boxes of your good horror movie list

Amazon Prime released the teaser of its upcoming flick, and this remake of  Lapachhapi, promises the chills. In the minute-long clip, expectant mother Sakshi, played by Nushrratt Bharuccha finds herself in the perfect horror-film setting of a secluded village. She confronts a series of paranormal occurrences which involve many of the best horror tropes including ghostly children and mangly spirits. Directed by the original movie’s director, Vishal Furia, the visuals with quick cuts build the suspense further enhanced by the eerie score. Besides the Ajeeb Daastaans actress, the film stars veteran stage and film actress Mita Vashisht, popular actor Rajesh Jais and Ghar Pe Batao actor Saurabh Goyal in pivotal roles. The Amazon Prime Original film is all set to premiere on November 26 on Amazon Prime Video.
