‘Bridgerton’ Season 2 trailer

Lady Whistledown is sharpening her knives!

Lady Whistledown is here to serve some drama in the month of love! Bridgerton just dropped a trailer for its much-anticipated second season and there’s quite a lot ot unpack in the 1:14 minute trailer. 

While the first season followed the romance between Daphne Bridgerton (Phoebe Dynevor) and the Duke of Hastings (Regé-Jean Page), the second season will focus on Daphne’s older brother Lord Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey), the eldest Bridgerton sibling and viscount, who’s looking for a wife

Based on Julia Quinn’s novel The Viscount Who Loved Me, the season will unveil a new group of debutantes and while Anthony seems to be courting Edwina Sharma, he seems to be fascinated by her sister, Kate (Simone Ashley). Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) finally makes an appearance as Lady Whistledown as she is seen penning her scandalous newsletter.
