Do we finally get to see what happened with Natasha Romanoff and Clint Barton in Budapest? Since Romanoff’s death in Avengers: Endgame came as a rude shock to her fans, we’re happy to travel back in time to Natasha’s early days.
This movie, which heralds the beginning of Marvel Phase 4, takes us back to The Red Room, which we’d caught a glimpse of in Romanoff’s vision in Avengers: Age of Ultron. It also introduces the character, Nat’s sister, Yelena Belova, played by Florence Pugh. Directed by Australian screenwriter and director, Cate Shortland, this film heroes the women, with Rachel Weisz playing the girls’ adoptive mother.
