Kolkata’s first-ever floating restaurant is set to curate a menu that celebrates some heritage recipes from Bengal. 

Polo Floatel has created a menu that goes back years and offers some ancient, forgotten flavours as part of its menu, such as Kumro Patai Kucho Chingri, Kumro Fuler Bora, Saja Mach, Morog Pulao and Kachi Panthar Jhol. 

Savour delectable treats and enjoy a glorious sunset and picturesque view of the Ganges at their multi-cuisine diner. The menu is available from August 8 to 15.
