Polo Floatel Kolkata has come up with the first-ever floating restaurant in Kolkata. Bridge Bistro Bar is a multicuisine restaurant that lets diners sit in the lap of a picturesque view of the Ganges and offers glorious sunsets and a one-of-a-kind experience. The menu is eclectic and boasts some old-school and some continental delicacies.

The round-the-clock menu features numbers like Boat House sandwiches, Kolkata-style toast and Gobindobhog khichdi. The East Meets West menu offers Naga Chilli Cheese Toast, Asparagus and Goat Cheese Toast, Calcutta Boat House Fish Fry and more.
