Pushpa and Srivalli’s crackling chemistry in ‘Angaaron’ — how groovy!

In 2021, Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna became everyone’s favourite on-screen pair with the release of Pushpa: The Rise. The duo — Pushpa Raj played by Allu and Rashmika as Srivalli — are finally kicking things up a notch in the latest song from Pushpa 2: The Rule. While fans are eagerly waiting for the film to release, the freshly brewed BTS glimpses from the sets of Angaaron (The Couple Song) has already set them in a frenzy. 

The recently released music video of Angaaron (The Couple Song) almost feels like a meta BTS clip, where Arjun and Mandanna rehearse lyrics and dance steps of a song with tons of background dancers and a huge crew that are preparing to shoot. The timeless voice of Shreya Ghoshal makes Raqueeb Alam’s lyrics sound even sweeter. The production also has director Sukumar planning things with choreographer Ganesh Acharya, making viewers feel like a part of the creative process. As the hype continues to build up, we can’t wait to cheer with other cinephiles in theatres on August 15.
