Nusrat Jahan loves keeping her followers updated with some aspects of her personal and knows exactly how to balance both worlds. The new mum recently shared a reel on Instagram, documenting what a regular Sunday looks like for her, and we’re taking notes.

For Nusrat, Sundays are all about self-care and about pampering those around her. The actor’s Sunday starts with a steaming cup of coffee and some workout. Nusrat then sorts some fresh-cut flowers for her home and makes herself some breakfast. She also makes time for a sheet mask and some morning skin care. Besides her baby boy, Nusrat also cares for her pet (as she’s seen brushing her dog) and waters all her plants and even finds some time for paperwork! Now that’s a productive Sunday!
