We love Paoli’s ‘bornoporichoy’ sari

Our Puja shopping may have started early

Who doesn’t love a good cotton sari? And while we are all for quirky prints this summer, nothing works better on our six yards than the good ol’ alphabets from our Bornoporichoy. Paoli Dam recently wore a white sari featuring the Bengali alphabet and it’s the coolest thing we’ve seen this week.

The sari from Kolkata label Shubha Design Studio is made with organic cotton. The brand also offers a line of other quirky prints and sustainable pieces. Besides the Bengali alphabet sari, we also loved the organic Marilyn Monroe prints and the Bob Dylan sari. While Paoli pairs her printed sari with a black tank blouse, you could totally team it up with a tee.
