This 19-year-old’s debut song promises to hit you right in the feels

We haven’t stopped humming ever since we heard it!

Remember life before the pandemic? Yeah, neither do we.
The world seems to be pelting out one bad news after another ever since 2020 set in. And now, with a war in Ukraine, surging inflation across the globe as well as yet another Covid variant looming large above our heads, this onslaught of bad news seems to show no signs of slowing down, leaving us feeling perpetually burnt-out and exhausted. 

It is this feeling that Prantik Majumdar talks about, in his debut release, Tired. Produced by Chaitown Community, Tired is a stirring piece which captures that all-too-familiar emotion of how over the last two and a half years “...nobody seems to see/ I’ve been so tired/ So uninspired.” 
The simple lyrics lends itself beautifully to the soft melody, which makes the song both poignant and soothing, all at once. Tugging at your heartstrings in all the right ways, Tired announces the arrival of a fresh new voice in Kolkata’s local music scene and we cannot wait to see what else he has in store for us!
