My Universe by Coldplay ft. BTS

It is time to tune in to the coolest collab of the year!

Very rarely do you get to wake up to a day that promises a ‘universe’ of pure, uninhibited joy. Of course it becomes even more special when you get to share it with thousands of people around the world. Such was the feeling when My Universe by Coldplay ft. BTS dropped at 9:30 am this morning. For those 3 minutes and 48 seconds, fans all over the world tuned in to watch the premiere together and sing out loud wherever they could. It helped that the audio teaser and lyrics had been revealed prior to the big release, making it easier to sing along.
Conceptualised around the idea of falling in love “from different sides”, My Universe is one of those songs that just leave you feeling happier. During an interview on the Kelly Clarkson Show, Coldplay’s Chris Martin had mentioned how the song was about overcoming all obstacles for the sake of love. The build up to the song has been intense with fans being treated to tidbits from the behind the scenes of the making of the track. And now that it is finally here, it seems like My Universe is going to be at the top of our playlists for a very, very long time.
