Blackpink drops a new song at PUBG’s in-game concert

That’s one way to release new, potentially chart-topping material

Kpop band Blackpink unveiled a new special single titled Ready For Love, at the upcoming PUBG in-game concert The Virtual. The single was performed by Blackpink’s in-game avatars during the concert. Fans can also get their hands on custom-made suits, in-game from July 23 to August 31. The Virtual is the second collaboration between the Kpop band and PUBG, the first collaboration happened in 2020 just in time to promote Blackpink’s first album.

The band’s record label YG Entertainment released a statement recently that confirmed that the quartet — comprising Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa — is in the final stages of recording a new album.
