Abir and Subhashree have a New Year surprise for you

The Tollywood stars are set to bring screen adaptation of a popular Bengali book, ‘Babli’

After a hiatus of 10-years, Raj Chakrabarty and Abir Chatterjee are teaming up for a film, and it is for the first time that Abir is paired opposite Subhashree Ganguly. It seems 2024 is kickstarting with a bang for cinephiles and how! The film marks Subhashree’s return to the silver screen after the birth of her daughter Yaalini. But that’s not all when it comes to surprises. The film is a screen adaptation of a popular book of Bengali literature — Babli by Buddhadeb Guha. A love story about Babli and Abhi, who despite being diametrically opposite find their way to each other.
