The ‘Samurai-inspired wet hair’, as Thakur calls it, is basically a neatly styled braid that has been secured at both ends and has been gelled around the edges.

If you have shoulder-length hair with uneven tips or even grown out roots, this can help you hide them. It’s also easy to create some drama with some texturiser. If you have long hair, you can opt for extra hold with a styling gel or a holding gel.
