Vegetarian Sizzling Platter from Trincas

For Valentine’s Day weekend, Trincas has created a lip smacking kebab platter that will be available from February 12 to February 14. This platter comprises five different types of kebabs: 

The Paneer Irani Tikka, has subtle flavours of mace and nutmeg.
The Tandoori Bharwan Aloo is a stuffed potato kebab with the sweetness of dry fruits.
The Sabz Mewa Sheekh comes with the herby notes of coriander.
The Paneer Malai Tikki is a deep fried delight with punchy flavours of cardamom. 
Finally, the assortment is completed with the quintessential Paneer Tikka.

This platter is served on a griddle to keep it piping hot and is accompanied by their fresh mint chutney and tangy onion to help add a hint of freshness to the ensemble.
