“We have been doing Christmas roasts for four years in a row, ever since we started the brand. We really wanted to offer a diversity in technique because not everyone agrees on the sauce for the roast so we introduced the customisations on the menu. Not everyone wants a whole roast either and it can also get pricey, so we offer pre-portioned cuts which are big-sellers during this season especially since people can opt for a selection of sauces.
