Chef Matthew Starling of The Globe at Al Faisaliah Hotel by Mandarin Oriental, Riyadh is all set to bring his immense knowledge and culinary skills to threesixtythree⁰ at The Oberoi Grand. Taste the flavourful Roast Chicken with salt baked beetroot, puffed quinoa and horseradish. Dig into a tender Lamb Loin, Scottish Salmon or vegetarian options like Celeriac Cannelloni, Roasted Potimarron and more.
