Sunday Classics: Hazelnut Mousse, Salted Caramel & French Biscuit from The Salt House
Classic flavours to end the meal with a bang!

While Nutella’s classic chocolate and hazelnut pairing has forever captured our hearts, it has also created a number of desserts that almost always leave us craving for more.
The Salt House has created a new dessert which makes these flavours complement each other, highlighting everyone’s favourite chocolate spread. A crunchy French biscuit base is made with chocolate, after which one set is layered with a decadent hazelnut mousse that has strong nutty flavours as well as a rich chocolate aroma. As the mousse sets, the dessert is topped with toasted hazelnuts to add a slight crunch in every bite. Served with a side of homemade salted caramel, the dessert is the perfect way to end the meal. The saltiness from the caramel brings out the rich chocolate flavours. Enjoy this dessert till February 14.
