Roasted Pumpkin Soup from L’instant Café

Earthy warm flavours with hints of umami

Soups are a crowd favourite, especially during winters and L’instant Café has the best fix for the cold. Their Roasted Pumpkin Soup is thick, creamy and delicious. 

The pumpkin is first roasted in the oven with garlic, celery and leek. It is then Seasoned with thyme and rosemary, adding that floral fragrance to the veggies. It is then garnished with sautéed wild mushrooms, crispy salty bacon and parmesan which help cut through the richness of the soup. Lastly, a few drops of cream are added to the concoction, which is then served in a large coffee cup.
