Orange Tequila Prawns at Hard Rock Cafe

Smokey, citrusy goodness for a quick winter lunch

Hard Rock Cafe has a brand new ‘Local Favourites’ menu that bridges the gap between Indian and American flavours. The Orange Tequila Prawn from the menu is a seafood lovers’ delight and features smokey chipotle prawns served on a bed of creamy coleslaw and tortilla chips. The dish is flavourful, offers a depth in texture and goes really well with alcohol. 

Some other interesting picks from the menu are ‘Khandari Paneer Tikka’ Pomegranate Molasses (a robust spice-marinated ‘paneer tikka’ with a pomegranate molasses glaze, served with jungle sauce and ‘kachumber’), Rosemary Chicken ‘Malai Tikka’ (cream and rosemary ‘tikka’ served with jungle sauce and ‘kachumber’).

There are also some protein-rich options on offer such as the familiar Fish & Chips, served with fries and tartar sauce, jungle sauce and ‘kachumber’, and a fantastic Non-veg Kebab Platter that lines up gunpowder chicken ‘tikka’, fried calamari, Mexican prawns, fish fingers and more.
