Comprising dips like the creamy hummus and spicy muhammara (a Lebanese dips made from walnuts), the board also features great dipping tools like lavash, pita and crackers of two types ‒ potato and ragi. The umami flavours are enhanced with the addition of cheeses like brie, pepper gouda, cheddar and burrata. Fruits like strawberries and grapes help cut through the sharp flavours of the cheese, while the addition of olives and nuts takes the whole board to the next level. You can also add in baguettes to go with the herby pesto, making sure that the board has hints of sweet, spicy, umami along with different textures of crunchy and creamy.
