Mizuki’s sushi festival sounds delightful!

Vegan Asian cloud kitchen Mizuki has introduced a vegan sushi menu with some flavourful, balanced options. Their line-up offers classic Vegan California Roll, Crispy fried tofu Sushi, Kimchi Sushi, Bell Pepper Tuna Sushi Roll and an Assorted Sushi Box which is great for parties. The spicy tangy kimchi sushi features crunchy cucumber rolled in a seaweed inside-out sushi roll sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds, while the Cripsy Tofu Sushi has tempura-fried tofu, avocado, and spicy smoked pepper mayo.

The Vegan California Roll has avocado, carrot, cucumber and wasabi mayo, while the Bell Pepper Tuna Sushi Roll is an inside-out sushi roll that features mock tuna, cucumber and togarashi. The Assorted box comes with two pieces of each signature sushi and offers bang for your buck.
