Craving a holiday to the beach but are unable to travel? BARishh – Cafe & Bar has you covered. Their signature cocktail, I Like It Like That, will transport you to the exotic beaches of the world. This drink has the sweet fruity flavours of pineapple and litchi juice to balance out the sharp taste of vodka. A bit of lime juice is added to make the drink tart, while the egg whites are frothed and poured over the drink. The garnishing gives it a citrusy zing for the thin orange slices float along the froth, evoking the imagery of sun and waves in your glass. Served in a tall martini glass holding half a litre of this concoction, this drink is as pretty as it is strong!
