Biscoff Shake at Marbella’s

Warm flavours in a cold beverage

Biscoff is just another thing that the internet made famous and now Marbella’s (Hindustan Park and Elgin Road) has created a creamy Biscoff shake, made with vanilla ice cream, milk and of course, Lotus Biscoff cookies. The concoction retains the original biscoff flavours – cinnamon and caramel. “It is very sinful and not for weight-watchers,” laughs Nikhil Chawla of Marbella’s. Topped with whipped cream, the drink is served in a glass rimmed crushed Biscoff cookies. 

If you love a good milkshake, this will be the perfect drink for you. Each sip is layered with flavours like cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, among other warm earthy spices. The milk and the Biscoff create subtle caramel notes which hit all the right spots!
