A sushi bake can be a terrific summer meal, if only we could find a quick, hassle-free recipe. Chrissy Teigen luckily came up with a quick and effortless sushi bake recipe that is not just hearty but also delicious. Her Crab Dynamite Sushi Bake Cups are made with a layer of seasoned sushi rice, furikake, Kewpie mayonnaise, cream cheese, and imitation crab (or other fish).

The idea behind a sushi bake is to update the dish a family-style meal, much like a potluck, so it doesn’t really need any assembly. This recipe can also be baked in a muffin tin for individual serving sizes, you can pack it for party or enjoy solo. It also keeps well in the fridge and also works as appetisers!
