Beat the winter blues with a strong cup of ginger tea

		                        		                            		                                An aromatic cup of ginger tea is all the warmth you need this season and Banglar Rannaghor has a neat recipe for us!
Ingredients:
- Water: 2 cups
 - Sugar: 1.5 teaspoons
 - Cinnamon: 2
 - Cloves: 2
 - Ginger: 1 tbsp ginger
 - Cardamom: 1
 - Lime juice: ½ a lime
 - Mint leaves: 1 sprig
 - Tea leaves: 1 tsp
 
Method:
- Boil water with cinnamon, cloves and ginger for two mins.
 - Cover the vessel and allow it to simmer for two more minutes.
 - Then add some tea leaves and allow the tea to simmer on low for three minutes.
 - Next, add cardamom and turn off the heat. Allow the tea to percolate.
 - In a glass, squeeze out the lime and then pour out the tea.
 - Garnish with the mint leaves and your tea is ready!
