Watch Satyajit Ray’s biggest classics on the big screen
What better way to celebrate the auteur's birth week?

"Maharaja, tomare selaam."
Words that inevitably escape our mouths when we talk about Satyajit Ray. On the occasion of the formidable auteur's birth week, the National Museum of Indian Cinema, Mumbai under the Union Information and Broadcasting ministry, in association with the National Film Development Corporation, Films Division, National Film Archives of India and Doordarshan, will host a three-day film festival across Kolkata, New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Bengaluru.
The festival will screen some cult classics made by the legendary filmmaker. Anik Dutta's Aparajito, which is a cinematic homage to Ray, is set to mark the opening of the festival. The festival schedule is available on National Film Development Corporation's social media account.
