With spring turning to summer, the roads and walkways near New Town’s Biswa Bangla Gate have adorned a new hue – bubblegum pink. The blooming rosy trumpet trees planted in the area, which are sometimes called cherry blossoms because of their colour and similarity to the popular pink flower, are adding an uncommon shade to the surroundings and forcing people to stop and stare
