Zebra herd welcomes newest member in Alipore zoo

The zebra herd in Alipore Zoo welcomed its newest member on Thursday.

A foal, born on November 20, and the mother were so far kept apart from the herd.

“From Friday, visitors will be able to see the baby,” said a zoo official. The latest arrival takes the herd’s count to eight.
