The state higher secondary council has announced that the students of Class XI in government and aided schools, who will write the first-semester examination on September 13, will be issued provisional registration certificates by August 30. The council, through a notification issued on Monday, asked the institutions to download and print the provisional registration certificates for the first-semester exam.
