Calcutta: Trafalgar (Y.S. Srinath-up), the champion galloper, may be hard to beat in the 2,000m Indian Champion Cup, the main event in Friday’s card. Races were originally scheduled for Saturday but were advanced by a day. Both bookmakers and the totalisator will operate on the day.
Trafalgar, is the winner of the 2019-20 edition of the Calcutta Derby. His winning chances have been further been boosted in the absence of the star galloper, Star Superior.
