The prospectus for the 10-day monsoon racing season has been released by the Royal Calcutta Turf Club, on Friday, indicating the start of the season from August 24. The Monsoon Derby has been billed for October 23 while the season concludes on October 26. Racing during the two-month season will be held mainly on Wednesdays.
