Wednesday's Calcutta races cancelled
Calcutta: Stewards of the Royal Calcutta Turf Club (RCTC) have decided to cancel Wednesday's races due to the prevailing inclement weather conditions, according to a RCTC notification.
However, the Calcutta St. Leger; which was part of the cancelled Wednesday's nine-event card, has been further postponed to Saturday, March 9, The Leger was, originally scheduled to be held on February 28 but was postponed to March 9.
Further, RCTC has also decided to hold an extra race meeting on March 13. The St. Leger event will be included in the March 9 Card.
