Good news for candidates looking out for government jobs. Railway Recruitment cell of Western Railway has invited online applications from eligible candidates for Group C and Group D for the year 2023-24. The application for these posts began on November 10 and will continue till December 9.
Through this recruitment process, 21 candidates will be recruited for Group C and 43 candidates for Group D positions for the year 2023-24.
However, it is to be noted that the candidates would be recruited through the sports quota and only meritorious sports persons are eligible for the job.
Educational Qualification
To apply for positions under Level 5/4, a candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
To apply for positions under level 3/2, candidates must have passed 12th or its equivalent examination from a recognized university or, Passed Matriculation from recognized Board plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship or, Passed Matriculation from recognized Board plus ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT.
To apply for Level 1 position, candidates should have passed 10th or its equivalent examination. Or, ITI or Equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT from a recognized institution.
