The West Bengal Board of Primary Education will be conducting the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) on Sunday, December 24. Through this examination, eligible candidates will be appointed as teachers in government-aided primary schools of the state.

The exam will be conducted at various centres across the state.

The Kolkata Metro Railway has announced that it will be running additional trains so that candidates can reach their designated examination centres on time.

Documents to be carried

Candidates appearing for the test need to carry the following documents with him/her to the examination centre on the date of the examination.

Print out of the TET Admit card downloaded from the official website of West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

A valid ID Card issued by the government such as Aadhaar Card/Voter Card/Driving License, PAN Card, Passport

Exam Pattern

Candidates will have to answer multiple-choice questions with each question carrying one mark. A total of 150 questions will be asked.

The examination will be held for a duration of 2 and half hours, i.e. from 12 noon till 2.30 PM.

How to download Admit Card?

Step 1: Visit the official website of West Bengal Board of Primary Education at wbbpeonline.com

Step 2: Click on the link mentioning Teacher Eligibility Test 2023

Step 3: Click on the tab mentioning Print/Download Admit Card

Step 4: Enter Registration number and Date of Birth

Step 5: Click on Print Admit Card

Step 6: Download the Admit card and take a print out.
