Uttar Pradesh deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak has been invited as the chief guest for the third convocation ceremony of Sanskriti University to be held on May 14 in Mathura.

Sanskriti University will award degrees to graduates from the batches 2019-2020 and 2020-21 at the convocation. Various top rankers from different diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the university will be awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals. Degrees will be conferred on undergraduate and postgraduate students from Arts, Business Management, Computer Applications, Law, Liberal Studies, Science, Technology, and to PhD students.

The convocation will be presided over by chancellor Sachin Gupta, pro-chancellor Rajesh Gupta, vice-chancellor Tanmay Goswami and pro-vice-chancellor Rakesh Premi. The group chairman R K Gupta will also be present on the occasion.

“Convocation is the most important academic event of the year. It is a time of celebration for the students, faculty, and all other members of the university. During the convocation ceremony, students and academics wear regalia that symbolises Indian culture. Also, the dignitaries share their wisdom emphasising on the values at Sanskriti University,” said Sachin Gupta.

UP Higher Education, Science and technology, Electronics and Information Technology minister Yogendra Updhyay and State Higher Education Council chairman Girish Chandra Tripathi will be the guests of honour.
