As educational institutes across the country open up after various stages of lockdowns, it has been a challenge for most institutes as they began to open their campuses across the country in phases.

At UWC Mahindra College, Pune, Sodexo made sure that the campus community's needs were met through the pandemic. “Be it delivering meals to the doorstep during quarantine periods, or ensuring a hygienic cafeteria experience, our students were especially grateful for the way Sodexo staff managed to keep them well fed during their periods of quarantine. Additionally, the grab-n-go on campus has created many healthy snacking options for students and faculty,” said Dale Taylor, head of UWC Mahindra College, Pune.

Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, was among the first campuses that opened in the NCR Region after the second wave and Sodexo provided constant support. “With COVID-positivity declining and everything opening up again post the third wave, students have returned to the campus and Sodexo played has a pivotal role in ensuring every return to be seamless and safe,” said Samiran Baral, director of finance and administration, Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon campus.

For Jain Heritage School in Bangalore, the biggest concern was safety of staff and students. School director Archana Vishwanath said the Sodexo team's planning and execution helped boost the confidence levels of staff, teachers, parents and students.
