UP Police Constable Application Correction Extended till Jan 20; Step by Step Procedure

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has extended the deadline for correcting applications in the ongoing recruitment process for 60,244 police constable positions in UP Police. Applicants now have until January 20 to make corrections, ensuring accuracy in their details.

Candidates interested in the UPPRPB Recruitment 2024 can access the correction window on the official UPPRPB website at uppbpb.gov.in. Applicants are allowed to edit several details in their UPPRPB Recruitment 2024 application form, including name spelling, father's name, mother's name, birth date, caste category, address, differently-abled category, and institution/college details. Offline submission methods, such as fax, application, or mail, will not be accepted.

The selection process includes a written examination, physical tests, document verification, and a medical examination.

Steps to edit Application Form

1. Visit the official website at uppbpb.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on ‘Correction window for CTET-Jan2024’.
3. You will be redirected to a login page where you should enter the required credentials (application number and password).
4. Click on the application form correction button.
5. Read the instructions carefully and proceed for correction by clicking the appropriate option.
6. Edit the application form as needed.
7. Review the form for accuracy.
8. Click on the submit button.
9. Save and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
