Pariksha pe Charcha will be held on 27 January 2023 in which almost 12,000 students are to participate

The ministry of education will be orgainsing drawing and painting competitions in 500 different Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) across India on 'Parakram Diwas', today i.e. 23 January, 2023. 50,000 students are expected to participate in the competition under Pariksha pe Charcha 2023.

The drawing competition theme of the Pariksha pe Charcha 2023 is becoming an 'Exam Warrior', based on the book written by the Prime Minister. This competition is aimed to encourage creative expression amongst students. The ministry of education will also be organising various other activities in KV schools today.

The nation-wide competition will witness participation of students from various boards like CBSE schools, state boards, Navodaya Vidyalayas and Kendriya Vidyalayas. The five best entries will be awarded with a set of books on freedom fighters and topics of national importance along with a certificate.

Pariksha pe Charcha will be held on 27 January 2023 in which almost 12,000 students are to participate. Doordarshan through DD National, DD News, and DD India will broadcast the program live. There will also be live radio broadcasts and live web streaming of the programme available through the websites of PMO, MoE, Doordarshan, MyGov.in, as well as YouTube, Facebook, and Swayamprabha channels. Registrations for the program are open till 27 January 2023.

As per a press statement, the nodal Kendriya Vidyalaya, where the event is to be organized, will have nearly 100 students from different schools as participants in this competition. The students will be invited over to their nearest KV schools in the district, 10 participants would be from Navodaya Vidyalaya and 20 students from nodal KVs as well as nearby KVs, if any in the district.
