The Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has extended the registration and application submission deadline for the Combined Recruitment Examination-3 (CRE-3) and CRE-4 exams. Candidates who are eligible can now apply online for these exams by visiting the official website at osssc.gov.in.

According to the official announcement, the registration and re-registration dates for the OSSSC CRE-3 exam have been extended until March 15, with the application submission deadline extended to March 20. Similarly, for the OSSSC CRE-4 exam, the registration deadline has been extended to March 20, and the application submission date to March 31.

The OSSSC CRE-3 exam aims to fill 2,453 vacancies for the posts of pharmacist and multipurpose health worker, with 1,002 positions for pharmacists and 1,451 for multipurpose health workers. In addition to the same, the OSSSC CRE-4 exam will recruit 2,895 candidates for various positions, including supervisor, Statistical Field Surveyor (SFS), and others.

To be eligible for these exams, candidates must be between 21 and 38 years old and hold a Class 12 qualification with a science stream from the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, or its equivalent. Additionally, they must possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a state government hospital, medical college, or a private institution recognized by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

OSSSC Exam 2023: How to apply?

1. Visit the official OSSSC website at osssc.gov.in.

2. Click on 'Apply Online' on the homepage.

3. Choose CRE-3 or CRE-4 recruitment and complete the registration form.

4. Log in using the generated credentials and fill out the application form.

5. Upload the necessary documents and pay the application fee.

6. Submit the registration form and retain a printout for future reference.
