Exam Structure and Timings
The NIFT 2025 entrance test consists of two main components:
- General Ability Test (GAT): Applicable to all courses.
- Creative Ability Test (CAT): Mandatory for Bachelor of Design (BDes) and Master of Design (MDes) aspirants.
The GAT will be conducted online as a computer-based test (CBT), while the CAT will take place offline as a pen and paper-based test (PBT).
