NEET UG Counselling 2022: Registration process for round 2 begins; know the steps to check

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will start the registration process for round 2 of UG National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) Counselling 2022. Candidates will need to go to the official webiste- mcc.nic.in to register online.

As per the schedule, the last date to register for round 2 is 7 November till 11 am and the last date for fee payment is 7 November till 3 pm. The window for choice filling will be available between 3 November to 8 November till 11:55 pm. The seat allotment processing will start on 9 November and will take place till 10 November, while the result is scheduled to be out on 11 November. Candidates will need to report to the concerned colleges by 18 November.

The official notice states, “Colleges/ Institutes where there have been increase of seats by NMC can contribute the additional seats/ increase in seats on the portal. It may be noted that colleges should not contribute the seats remaining vacant after Round-1or those which have already been contributed in Round-1 as such seats are in the system. Contributing such vacant seats of Round-1 will lead to duplication of seats in the matrix.”

Steps to Register for Round 2 NEET UG Counselling 2022:

  1. Go to the official website- mcc.nic.in
  2. Click on the Round 2 registration link, available on the homepage and key in your login details
  3. Pay the application fee as required
  4. Click ‘Submit’
  5. Download and take a printout of the NEET UG Round 2 application form for future reference
