Steps to Apply for UGC NET December 2024
- Visit the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
- Click on the ‘UGC NET Application 2024’ link on the homepage.
- Register by providing the required details and log in with the generated credentials.
- Fill in personal, academic, and contact details in the application form.
- Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature as per the specified format.
- Pay the application fee using available online payment methods.
- Review the form, submit it, and download a copy for future reference.

Candidates who successfully register will be eligible for correction in their application forms from December 12 to December 13, 2024. Following the correction window, NTA will release details about exam city allocation and issue admit cards.
The UGC NET December 2024 exam will be conducted in computer based test (CBT) mode from January 1 to January 19, 2025, covering 85 subjects. Applicants must also complete the application fee payment by December 11, 2024, to finalise their submissions.
