Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), Dwarka, hosted its 25th convocation, where 241 graduating students from the 2020-22 and 2019-2022 batches received PG diplomas.
The toppers of each PGDM programme were awarded gold medals in recognition of their academic accomplishments. The meritorious students were Utkarsh Agarwal from PGDM General; Khushboo Mehta from PGDM Financial Management; Kritika Sharma from PGDM Research and Business Analytics; Pankaj Kumar Singh from PGDM Part-Time; and Himanshu Mishra from PGDM Executive.

The chief guest, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode director Debashis Chatterjee, delivered the convocation address.
Chatterjee congratulated the graduating batch for their unprecedented adaptability and agility shown during COVID. “The foundation of management education is about creating values, and values are created when the cost of bringing in people and resources is less than the benefits you get. The methods and mediums in management may have changed but the foundation of management is still the same,” he said.
“Management is all about making a more productive, capable, and creative human being. As long as there is talent, there will be opportunities in every career field,” he added.
Anil Shastri, the chairman of LBSIM, said: “We have full faith that the students who have been given management education here, will become proficient in management in future and will always work hard like this to make their parents and teachers proud.”
