The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced an extension of the mop-up round schedule for Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2023. As a result, eligible candidates will now have until October 15 to make their choices for the state's National Eligibility Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling. These selections can be made on the official website, kea.kar.nic.in.

The deadline for paying the caution deposit has been set for October 13. The eagerly awaited Karnataka NEET PG mop-up round seat allotment results for 2023 will be officially unveiled after 9 pm on October 15. Students should plan to report to their allotted institutes by October 17.

For the mop-up round, candidates from all categories are required to deposit a caution fee of Rs 3 lakh for PG medical courses and Rs 2 lakh for PG dental courses. To facilitate this, students are advised to download the challan by 2 pm on October 13, using their login credentials for payment.

During the verification process, students must provide the following essential documents:

1. A copy of the application form confirmation page.

2. Valid Photo ID proof.

3. NEET PG hall ticket 2023/NEET MDS admit card 2023.

4. Class 10 and 12 mark sheets.

5. MBBS/BDS marks cards from universities for all years.

6. Internship completion certificate.

7. MCI/DCI registration certificate.

8. Passport size photograph.

This extension offers eligible candidates more time to participate in the Karnataka NEET PG counselling process, ensuring that they are well-prepared for the next steps in their medical and dental education.
