From 16 to 18 December 2022, the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B) will host the 26th edition of its yearly science and technology festival known as "Techfest."

From 16 to 18 December 2022, the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-B) will host the 26th edition of its yearly science and technology festival known as "Techfest." Due to the pandemic, the event was held online for two years.

A drone light show, the Jio 5G network, the Techfest drone racing, an EDM night, presentations, and exhibitions are some of the event's main highlights. With activities like the international robot wars, international full throttle, and Boeing aeromodelling challenge, the Techfest will also draw participants from all around the world.

Tarja Halonen, the president of Finland, Suresh Prabhu, a former railway minister of India, Lars Rasmussen, a co-founder of Google Maps, Kathryn Lueders, the associate administrator for HEO at NASA, and others will attend the programme.

The world's fastest anti-ship cruise missile, BrahMos, will be on display at the show, along with other cutting-edge scientific and technological advancements including the Unitree GO1 intelligent bionic quadruped robot and the Formula E M8 electric Gen2.
