Cluster 3 ended the final placement process for PGP Class of 2022

Consumer goods and durable firms made the highest number of offers in Cluster 3 of the final placement process for the 2022 Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management batch at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad.

The third cluster had eight cohorts, which included analytics and IT consulting, banking insurance, consumer tech, core manufacturing and infrastructure, enterprises tech, financial services, fintech and government enterprises.

About 50% jobs rolled out in the Cluster 3 process were international offers. Many new recruiters, including Garena, Eightfold.ai and H & R Johnson (Prism Johnson Limited), participated this year across cohorts.

Cluster 1 had firms participating from six cohorts – investment banking and markets, management consulting, advisory consulting, niche consulting, cards and financial advisory and private equity, venture capital and asset management. The top recruiters were Boston Consulting Group with 47 offers and Accenture Strategy with 32 offers.

In the Cluster 2 process, consumer goods and durable firms made the highest number of offers. This cluster had participants from six cohorts — advertising and media, conglomerates, consumer goods and durables, consumer services, pharma and healthcare, and retail B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer). Industry giants like Asian Paints, Hindustan Unilever, ITC, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Reckitt, The Coca-Cola Company and Wipro Consumer Care participated in the second cluster. The conglomerate cohort had recruiters such as Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, CK Birla Group, Emaar and Tata Administrative Services. Amazon, Disney-Star, Myntra, Nykaa, PharmEasy and Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd were among the other firms.

Cluster 3 ended the final placement process for PGP Class of 2022.
