Good news for government job aspirants! The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSB) has issued a notification inviting applications for several important positions. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application from November 21.

The application process will continue till December 20. Candidates will be able to apply for the positions by visiting the official website of DSSSB at dsssb.delhi.gov.in.

A total of 863 candidates will be recruited for 44 positions with the Delhi government.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria is different for different positions. Candidates can go through the official notification at the website of DSSSB for details of the eligibility conditions.

How to apply?

Step 1: Candidates will have to log on to the official website at dsssb.delhi.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the link mentioning ‘Apply Online’

Step 3: For new registration, click on the link mentioning ‘Click for New Registration’

Step 4: Register yourself by entering all your required details

Step 5: After registering yourself log in by entering your credentials

Step 6: Fill up the application form

Step 7: Pay application fee

Step 8: Submit the application and download it

Application Fee

Candidates applying for the positions will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100. However, women candidates and candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, PwD (Person with Disability) & Ex-Serviceman category are exempted from paying Application fees.

Selection of candidates

Candidates will be selected on the basis of One Tier and Two Tier examination scheme.

For applicants of all Technical post codes, the mandatory minimum qualifying marks in Tier-I Examinations will be applicable only in r/o Section-B which is domain subject specific. There will not be any minimum qualifying marks in Section-A. However, combined aggregate marks of both Section-A & Section-B will be considered while preparing the final merit list.

Candidates will have to answer multiple choice questions and there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
